As the recent census has shown, modern Australia is increasing in cultural diversity. This means our advisers and their clients come from all walks of life also, and we’re best placed to help them if our teams reflect our population. So, as NEOS continues to grow, we’re working towards building an increasingly diverse workforce.

Our benefits

9.5 day fortnight

Every second Friday, we offer our staff a half day. We know life is busy, so while we have a high performance culture, we want to ensure that our people also have the time they need to be with their families or take the time for themselves
