Communication with the team at NEOS is impeccable. Underwriting is on point. The team and the BDM (who actually cares and returns calls) work hard to place the business into force, ensuring the client and the adviser are kept happy.

I use NEOS as the insurance BDMs are responsive, the product is good, the application system is easy and practical, it saves time compared to other insurers.

I have found NEOS to have a smooth streamlined application process from start to finish. I have also found underwriting to take a common sense approach. Good tech which makes the process fairly painless.

The entire experience was seamless; from a great online system, calls from your underwriter to clarify a few things, to a call from the team to put it in place. It has been a great and tailored experience with a great outcome for our client which is obviously the most important part for us.
