As a business solely focused on the advised channel, we recognise our success is dependent upon the success of the advisers we work with. It’s why we’re committed to providing more than just an outstanding service experience. We’re also committed to supporting advisers with content and education that will help them deliver great client outcomes and improve the success of their businesses.

A key part of this is running fortnightly adviser webinars exploring a variety of topics. In recent months, we’ve delivered webinars on client pricing strategies, the factors driving pricing instability, common medical conditions, their underwriting implications and how best to support clients suffering from them.

We know an adviser’s time is precious, so these webinars are designed to be short and snappy, running no more than 30 mins. All attendees also receive a summary of the presentation’s key points which can be referred to later.

Importantly, these webinars are not just about covering highly topical and practical content that will immediately help advisers in their roles. They’re also about providing advisers with access to, and the ability to ask questions of, key people within our business. This includes our underwriters, product managers and claims consultants. We believe a keyway to grow and improve our business is by ensuring everyone is in touch with advisers, not just our sales team.

In addition to running these fortnightly webinars, we’re also committed to producing accredited content to help advisers achieve their CPD hours. As part of this, we’re pleased to announce another presentation has been accredited for 0.5 CPD hours. This presentation looks closely at level premiums and when they can be the right choice for a client.

Our other accredited content includes topics such as improving productivity and cashflow, the future of underwriting and tips for growing your business and exceeding customer expectations. We also offer a CPD accredited presentation on the NEOS Experience.

Over the coming months, we hope to deliver more accredited content, including a webinar on claims and the industry trends, regulations and issues impacting the current claims experience.
