At NEOS, we’ve once again grown our team to further support our growth as a business and continued investment in recruiting the best in the industry. As part of our commitment to supporting you, we’re continuously investing in cloud technology, and we’ve hired an expert team to support it as well as new Chief Operations Officer to continue to drive the NEOS Experience. Bringing with them a wealth of experience, we’re thrilled to welcome our new team members.
Zafar Hashmi joined us in August last year as Head of Cloud Platforms. He has over 19 years’ experience in IT, and has been leading us to leverage data, machine learning, and cloud technologies to help build new capabilities. Zafar has also been increasing our change capacity in order to improve the NEOS Experience, and been busy developing a next-gen cloud and data technology platform for our teams, advisers, partners and customers. Prior to joining us, Zafar worked across a range of industries in technical leadership, technology and innovation strategy, plus data and cloud architecture. He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Health from the University of New South Wales.
Zafar is supported by Dan Bradley who joined us in January this year as Technical Business Analyst and Scrum Master. Dan has more than 13 years of experience in IT across different industries, predominantly as a technical business analyst and a digital product owner/manager. He has a history of product delivery and operational improvements through successful innovation, digital transformation, and automation, and has been assisting us in our cloud and data journey.
Our new Chief Operations Officer, Adam Lister has over 11 years’ experience in financial services, mostly within insurance. His most recent appointment was Head of Business Services and Operations for BT. Adam will lead our underwriting and service teams during a pivotal period of change in our industry and for NEOS. Adam and his team will continue to work hard to set NEOS miles apart from every other insurer by helping to make your life easier in this complex regulatory environment.
